Your Space to B Membership

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Your Space to B Membership (“Membership”) provided by Your Space to B. By joining or using the Membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. About the Membership

Your Space to B offers a simple monthly membership designed to support calm, rest and gentle self-care.

The Membership provides access to:

• A small, curated selection of digital content released monthly
• Content may include meditations, sound baths, reflections, or seasonal rituals
• Online access for personal, non-commercial use only

The Membership is intentionally not a large digital library. Content updates monthly and is designed to be experienced within that month.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Membership.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activity that occurs under your account

Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.

3. Free Trial (if offered)

If a free trial is offered:

• Full Membership access is provided for the stated trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial
• If not cancelled, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial

Only one free trial is permitted per person unless stated otherwise.

4. Subscription, Payment & Billing

• Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Payment is taken automatically using the payment method provided at sign-up
• Pricing is displayed clearly at the point of purchase

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. Continued failure may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

5. Cancellation & Access

You may cancel your Membership at any time via your online account.

• Cancellation stops future payments
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Cancellations must be made through your account. Cancellation requests by email, social media or other channels cannot be accepted.

6. Digital Content & Refunds

The Membership provides access to digital content.

By joining, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to digital content begins immediately upon joining
• Once access has started, you are not entitled to a refund

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Content Availability & Changes

• Content is released monthly
• Membership access is limited to the current month’s content
• Content is refreshed monthly, and previous months’ content is not retained

We reserve the right to update, replace or remove content where necessary, while maintaining the overall intention and value of the Membership.

8. Personal Use Only

All Membership content is licensed to you for personal, private use only.

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or sell any content
• Use content in classes, workshops, group sessions or any commercial setting
• Make content available to others in any format, free or paid

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

9. Health, Wellbeing & Disclaimer

The Membership is intended to support relaxation and well-being only.

It:

• Is not medical advice
• Does not replace professional medical, psychological or therapeutic care

Sound baths, meditations and energy-based practices may affect individuals differently. You agree to take responsibility for your own well-being and to stop any practice that does not feel supportive.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under professional care, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results or benefits from participation in the Membership.

11. Intellectual Property

All Membership content remains the intellectual property of Your Space to B.

This includes:

• Audio recordings
• Written materials
• Branding, imagery and logos

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

12. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are breached
• Content or accounts are misused or shared
• Behaviour is abusive or inappropriate

Termination under these circumstances does not entitle you to a refund.

13. International Access

If you access the Membership from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with any local laws that may apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
