We’ve created a monthly membership built around simple guided relaxation practices and sound baths, designed to fit quietly into busy lives.

The idea has taken shape over the past couple of years through our own lived experience and through working closely with clients. Again and again, we noticed that the most supportive practices weren’t the most complex or time-intensive, but those that were gentle, familiar, and easy to return to, especially from home, without pressure or expectation.

For many of us, home is where we find small moments to pause and reset alongside everything else that’s going on. We wanted to create something that could sit naturally there, without adding another commitment or asking anything extra of people’s time or energy.

Both are shaped around a shared monthly theme.

There’s no library to work through, no schedule to follow, and nothing to keep up with. Some months you might listen often. Other months you might barely touch it. Both are welcome.

This is a brief introduction offered simply to give you a sense of our tone, pacing, and way of guiding. The monthly membership practices are longer and more immersive, but these tasters offer a feel for whether this approach works for you.

There’s nothing you need to do while listening. You can sit, lie down, or simply let the sound accompany whatever you’re doing.
