We’ve created a monthly membership built around simple, guided meditation and sound baths, designed to fit quietly into busy lives.

This membership has taken shape over the past couple of years through our own lived experience and through working closely with clients. What we kept noticing was that the most supportive practices weren’t the most complex or time-intensive, but those that were gentle, familiar, and easy to return to, especially from home, without pressure or expectation.​​
