Your treatment begins with a Reiki-infused facial ritual, blending gentle massage, reflexology points and natural skincare to release tension, clear stagnant energy and encourage an inner-to-outer glow. As the energy begins to balance, you’ll move into intuitive Reiki healing for the body, supporting emotional clarity, deep relaxation and a renewed sense of calm from within. The ritual concludes with a grounding reflexology foot massage, where Reiki energy is channelled through key points in the feet to soothe the nervous system, restore energetic flow and help you feel centred, steady and deeply held. This treatment is designed to calm an overwhelmed mind, soften the body and nourish the spirit, leaving you radiant, grounded and gently rebalanced from head to toe.
