Momentum Habits and Space

This month inside our membership, we are exploring the theme of momentum.
When we think about momentum, it is often associated with movement, progress and taking action. But recently, I have found myself reflecting on another side of momentum.
The momentum created by our habits.
Many of the things we do each day happen almost automatically. We rarely stop to question them because they have become part of the rhythm of our lives. Some support us. Some simply continue because they always have.
That got me thinking. How often do we really notice the habits and patterns that shape our days? Not the obvious ones, the smaller ones. The routines we follow. The things we reach for. The ways we unwind. The habits that quietly influence how we feel, think and respond to life.

With this in mind, I recently decided to remove one habit from my life for 100 days.
Not because it was necessarily good or bad. Not because I am trying to become somebody different. Simply to create a little space and see what I notice. Often we learn as much from what we remove as what we add.
So far, it has already made me more aware of how much of life runs on autopilot. The habit itself is almost less interesting than the thoughts, routines and assumptions that sit around it.
Perhaps that is one of the gifts of a reset. Not changing everything. Just creating enough space to notice what is already there.
As the month continues, I will share a little more about the experience and what it is teaching me. For now, I am simply observing.
This month's Momentum theme inside the membership explores similar ideas through guided relaxations, sound healing and short reset practices. A gentle invitation to pause, notice what is helping, and create a little more space for what matters most.
