But recently, I have found myself reflecting on another side of momentum. The momentum created by our habits. Many of the things we do each day happen almost automatically. We rarely stop to question them because they have become part of the rhythm of our lives. Some support us. Some simply continue because they always have....

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been fortunate to spend a little time in Ibiza. Not doing anything particularly dramatic, just slowing down, taking things in and getting some inspiration for this month’s online membership theme, Renewal. There’s something about the island at this time of year that feels very calming. After the quieter winter months, Ibiza begins to gently come back to life. The light changes, the sea feels softer somehow, and everything starts to feel a little more open again...

This month’s membership theme is space. Not the kind you create by doing more or getting everything in order. But the kind that’s already there, quietly waiting, if you give yourself a moment to notice it. I’ve been thinking about that in a different way this month.
